Naomi regularly advises non-profits / not-for-profit organizations on a range of issues including employment, discrimination and harassment, public procurement and tendering, contract issues, creation and governance matters. She can assist with drafting, reviewing and amending by-laws, major agreements, fundraising agreements, leases and audits.
